Hi @Cici66,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The "!" key you're referring to on the Samsung Xpress SL-M3065FW copier is part of the control panel used for entering the Wi-Fi password during the setup process. On the device, the "!" key is typically represented as a symbol on one of the physical keys on the printer's control panel.

Here’s what you need to do to find it.

  1. Locate the keypad: The printer’s control panel should have a keypad that includes alphanumeric keys.
  2. Look for the symbol or key: You should see the "!" symbol either on one of the number keys or on a separate key near the spacebar or function keys.
  3. Enter the password: When you're prompted to enter your Wi-Fi password, you can use the numeric keys to input the password. If you need the "!" symbol, press the key with this symbol to input it as part of your password.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
