Product: M4580FX
Hi. I am servicing a Samsung 4580FX that recently had a HDD failure. According to the service manual, replacing the hard drive requires a memory card with the following 3 files:

 

- Unix script files x 2

- HDD Image File x 1

 

Will HP provide these files? I searched the entire web but couldn't find the files I needed.

link from the tutorial does not work, do you have these 3 files somewhere?
I have already found such a tutorial, but I read that I need to put 3 files into the flash drive in order to restore the system from the flash drive.
