As a free get out of jail temporarily bodge, printing from an iPhone/iPad works fine if you have one. Just open the pdf on there and print.

My invoices are in excel format. I copy everything ( all excels, pdfs etc) from my hard drive to my google drive. So that I can access them through my iphone and send them to the printer through Airprint. Pls note you need to be in the same wifi network with the printer. (Or you can also use the beta google print) Because it doesn’t use the f. hp/samsung driver on Catalina. You might experience some margin problems but you’ll sort it somehow.

Hey HP ! Are you reading this ? This is the user experience you are causing for maybe hundreds or maybe thousands. What a big shame !!!

I get the feeling we'll have to buy a new printer before anything gets resolved. It's horrible customer service when you simply stop supporting an older product just so you can make a profit from newer equipment. These printers still work great otherwise but now it's almost nothing more than a doorstop.

That would be bad enough, but they are not supporting current printers, the M2070w Samsung printer is a currently for sale, brand new, printer.

If HP treat people like this I wont be buying an HP product again, its not worth the hassle. I Also take every opportunity to tell people of my experience. There are many other great printers out there.

Hp aren't even talking to us, thats how insulting this situation is, they simply don't care, and nothing else says otherwise.

HP? want to reply?

So...now that's there a HP employee on this site...why in the world won't HP give Samsung MF printer owners updated drivers WITH INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS in order to get all aspects of our printer/scanner working again?

Why the "private message"?  I can also tell you that I will never purchase another HP product again, as I feel that my Samsung printer has been ignored by HP and it's just an orphaned product now.

BTW, I'm using Samsung C480 multi function.  I'd like an explanation and a fix already.

No need for private messages, let’s keep this open. The problem is simple. The drivers don’t install correctly.

Sorry, no message as of yet.

If you don’t mind, please copy anything relevant here if you get a message. I’m sure people would be interested.
I’ve been forced to start shopping for a new (non-hp) one with the intention of returning the Samsung  as defective unless this is resolved quickly.
