Unfortunately as good as the service locator is, it sometimes directs people to the wrong place. Repair centers for Samsung can be challenging as few HP dealers had anything to do with Samsung before the buyout. You may need to search around and find someone that was fixing Samsung before the takeover.

Out of more than 15 service location, only one might be able to help me.  That’s is a bummer. Why buyout a company but don’t bring with the people which can repair the product with it. I want to bring my printer to an authorized location, let see if the only one listed at an authorized repair center can fiz my Samsung.

It seems like the issue you're facing is related to finding repair centers for Samsung products, particularly after HP's acquisition. Here's a solution to help you navigate this situation:

  1. Expand Your Search: While the service locator tool may not always direct you to the right place, you can expand your search beyond it. Look for independent repair shops or authorized Samsung service centers in your area. You can use online search engines, review websites, or community forums to find recommendations from other users.

  2. Contact Local Electronics Retailers: Reach out to local electronics retailers or computer shops in your area. They may have partnerships or contacts with repair centers that specialize in Samsung products. Even if they primarily deal with HP products now, they might still have information on where to get Samsung devices serviced.

  3. Check Online Forums or Communities: Online forums and communities dedicated to Samsung products or electronics repair can be valuable resources. Post your inquiry or search through existing threads to see if other users have encountered similar issues and found solutions or recommendations for repair centers.

  4. Utilize Social Media: Social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn can also be useful for finding repair centers. Join relevant groups or communities related to Samsung products or electronics repair in your region and ask for recommendations or assistance.

  5. Reach Out to Samsung Support: Contact Samsung's customer support directly. They should be able to provide you with a list of authorized service centers in your area, or they may offer alternative solutions for getting your Samsung device repaired.

  6. Consider Online Repair Services: If local repair options are limited, you can explore online repair services that specialize in Samsung products. Make sure to research their reputation and reviews before entrusting them with your device.

  7. Be Patient and Persistent: Finding the right repair center may take some time and effort, especially if there have been changes due to HP's acquisition of Samsung's printer business. Stay patient and persistent in your search, and don't hesitate to ask for recommendations or assistance from other users or professionals in the field.

By following these steps, you should be able to find a suitable repair center for your Samsung product, despite the challenges posed by the transition after HP'
