Product: Samsung Xpress SL-C430W Color Laser Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer Samsung Xpress C430w does not print in color, everything that is in color comes out completely white, the configuration is correct and does not indicate any toner errors.

Does black print come out ok? Have you recently changed any supplies? If you print a supplies status page or test page from the control panel does color appear.

 

Try reseating all the supplies in the printer to ensure everything is making proper contact.

Yes, the black printout is correct, on the test page nothing is printed in color, only black. I have already removed the toner cartridges and put them back in and it still does not print anything in color. The printer status shows everything is correct, including the toner levels.
