This thing has been warming up for the last hour.  I have unplugged and replugged it.  I have cleared it. I have checked the back to see if those safety things are still in it.  I have only made about 25 copies on it.  Then I had a problem with the paper jamming.  I sent it back and they said they fixed it, but now all it does is say it is warming up, then it says it is ready to copy and then it takes the paper but doesn't copy and switches to warming up.  What can I do?  How do you get to talk to someone around here.
