I need to Download the recovery image file for the Samsung MultiXpress SL-K7500GX, can anybody send a link as I cannot find it on the HP site

Hi,

Many thanks for getting back to me. I downloaded the file and copied it onto the flash drive however an error came up stating File not found on USB after running the system recovery as per instructions. 

Could I be missing something?
