HP Planet Partners order ([Personal Information Removed])

I refer to the above order in when, on 12-09-24,  I asked to return a number of Samsung toner cartridges.  Today 13-09-24, just one day later a transport company arrived to collect my toner cartridges.  I did not order this transport and I explained to the driver that I was awaiting a box (from you?) in which to place these cartridges! 

Can you please tell me when I will recieve your box (for which I have the labels you have sent me).  Can you please tell me

about the transport since I do not know who sent a driver to me and how the driver may be contacted when I have filled the box I am awaiting?

Be aware that this is a user to user support forum and not a direct conduit to any HP department. You need to contact Planet Partners in the same way that you originally contacted them. In terms of transport, if you have a waybill, simply contact the shipping company after you get the box and have everything packaged up. Normally that would be the process and obviously something went off the rails in this case as it makes no sense to schedule pickup before you have the box. Unless they thought you had your own box to place the cartridges in.
