@Mihailomika, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M2825 printer.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!

If your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M2825 printer's red blinking light won't stop, it could indicate several potential issues. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to address the problem:

1. Check for Error Messages

  • Check the printer's control panel or the computer for any specific error messages that can provide more details about the issue. This can often clue you in on what needs attention.

2. Paper Issues

  • Paper Jam: Check for any paper jams in the printer. Open all trays and compartments to ensure there is no paper stuck inside.
  • Paper Tray: Make sure the paper is loaded correctly in the tray and that the tray is fully inserted.

3. Toner Cartridge

  • Toner Replacement: The red light could indicate a low toner level. Check if the toner cartridge needs replacement.
  • Cartridge Installation: Ensure the toner cartridge is installed correctly. Remove and reinstall it to confirm proper seating.

4. Printer Reset

  • Power Cycle: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait a few minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes reset the error.

5. Connection Issues

  • Make sure all the cable connections (power, USB, or network) are secure and that there are no loose connections.

6. Door or Cover

  • Check Doors: Ensure that all printer doors and covers are properly closed. A door left open or not fully closed can trigger the red light.

I hope this helps!

Take care and have an amazing day!
