I have a Samsung SL-M4030 that I am servicing. Display says replace fuser unit. Have replaced fuser unit and cleared fuser counter in Tech Menu. Counter will not clear and display still says replace fuser unit.

HP support was able to provide a firmware patch that corrected the problem.
