CBL-620ND

Hi,

I'm using a Samsung CBL-620ND printer and it gives me an error "Replace new tray pick up roller" and also the printer paper quality is bad. Can you please guide me to fix these issues. Thank you

Hello here is how you replace the pickup roller.

1. Take out the tray completely from machine.

2. Look up from bottom of machine on the right hand side there is a round roller on a shaft.

3. Reach in and pull small tab on the pickup roller away from the shaft and slide the roller off.

4. Slide new roller on shaft.

 

 And your bad image quality is most likely caused from the Toner/Drum cartrdige. Just need to replace that as well.
