I am trying to use the public FTP link but not getting anywhere to download the firmware files. I searched this forum and people are not posting public links to download in other threads. Is it possible to also get the links DMed to me so I can format and restore this printer? Appreciate it!

New users do not have private message ability. I have asked a moderator to enable your account so that I can send you the links you need. Watch the envelop in the upper right next to your avatar. There will be a red dot there when you have messages waiting.
