Good afternoon, I have a problem with my printer disk and the screen sends me to the recovery module. I have a 1TB hard drive, I replaced it to see if I could solve the problem but in the same way it sends me to the recovery module, I follow the steps for recovery with the USB and the screen tells me that the HDD NOT MOUNTED "DISK IS NOT MOUNTED" . I also read that the firmware that the page provides the .HDS file, since it does not have autostart, I don't really know what I'm doing wrong. Has anyone been able to solve it or have a contact, I have already investigated through forums and videos and tried those steps and nothing. Someone who has knowledge of this type of equipment I will be eternally grateful - here

Are you trying to use a standard harddrive or an SSD drive? SSD drives ARE NOT SUPPORTED. In terms of recovery files, I have asked a moderator to enable private messaging so I can send you some information.
