Good day I require a bit of assistance with our office printer. It is an ML 4080 FX laser printer not sure how or what occurred but one morning it seems to have gone into a boot loop and hasn’t stopped since I can’t seem to find any reference material on the printer but upon dismantling it I have found a hard drive removing the hard drive and booting up on a separate machine has no change or effect but I would love some assistance with perhaps trying to reload the firmware, perhaps? Any assistance would be kindly appreciated

Not sure on your model, I have no specific links. Some models have a UI recovery and a HDD recovery. You will likely need to scour the internet to find those files.

Appreciate the try 🙂 I’ve been looking like crazy not much information on it but I shall keep looking and to think it all started with the UI System Failure #S5-3111

On other Samsung models that error code indicates a communication error but if all connections are good then the suspect part is the main board or OPE board and not the drive itself.
