I have a C410w Samsung color laser printer. It worked fine until recently (last three weeks). At this point, the device will
not print at all. I downloaded the latest firmware and drivers available by HP. Tonight I contacted Microsoft Support and
after a remote access session even the MS support tech was stumped and advided me to contact HP support.
Three days ago, I bought an HP Envy 6455e All-In-One printer to replace the Samsung C410w. I had problems installing
the brand new HP printer. I contacted HP product support who after :30 minutes or more I got the new printer to print.
The next day, when I tried to use the new HP printer I had to re-install the printer to get it to work. Yestrday, I tried again
to print on the new HP and I could not get the device to run at all. Documents requested do not show in the Que.
I was told maybe the problem may be with the print spoolers.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Please download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor on the computer connected to the printer.
1. Download HP Print and Scan Doctor from this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/printscandoctor
2. Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
3. Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.
4. If your printer is not in the list, turn it off and on and then click Retry.
5. If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.
6. If the screen displays prompting to turn on printer updates, click Yes and continue.
7. If the screen displays prompting to make your printer the default printer, click Yes and continue.
