Product: Samsung Xpress SL-C480W Color Laser Multifunction Printer

Hi

I have a Samsung C480 printer and had the message to replace transfer belt then started getting message saying Transfer belt error. I replaced the transfer belt with a new one but am still getting the belt error message?

 

Any idea on what else could be causing this issue at all? I have tried searching but cant find anything. I dont have a keypad on the screen to reset the counter so I am at a loss on what else I can do.........
