Product: Samsung CLP-365W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Flashed to the latest firmware.   Now printer is locked with ECO, WPS and GREEN light ALL FLASHING.    Nothing I can do, even after power reset.    ALL AUTHENTIC SAMSUNG TONER PURCHASED AT STAPLES.

 

Is there a factory firmware reset that I can do?   Please help!

Samsung, this has been a known issue as multiple forums on the internet have pointed to the firmware causing this.  There is no community fix.  It was caused by Samsung and should be fixed by Samsung.  I just downloaded this firmware and it happened to me.  Is this a tactic to mothball people's printers so they have to go buy new ones?
