Any USB print server should work, they are pretty much universal. Did the network port on your printer stop working?

Hi, Repairatrooper.

No my network port has not stopped working.

The problem i have is my router is down stairs and the printer is upstairs.

I tried those ring main plug in tp link plug in Ethernet cable things but the printer is not working through them.

Now i dont want to buy a long Ethernet cable and have to drill 2 holes in my walls to run the cable hence why i asked about the printer server things.

But i did not want to buy one encase it did not work with my printer.

Thanks.

Karl.
