Product: Samsung CLP-620ND
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Are there 64-bit drivers for the Samsung CLP-620ND printer? Or can someone help with how I can emulate them? Upgraded my Mac OS and the printer won't work.

Hello Raj1788,

 

I just downloaded a printer driver package for my Samsung C480FN because I couldn't use the scanner. The printer was working OK.

I downloaded it from this HP page:

https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/samsung-xpress-sl-c480-color-laser-multifunction-pr... 

 

There is a problem with the .dmg file, though. Instead of installing the drivers it only opens a folder with three folders in it and no instructions on how to use the content:

Can you ask someone within HP to get this fixed?
