HP Recommended

The printer has been sitting unused for years.  I moved it a few weeks ago before trying it again and when I started using it ... surprise! I prints lines.  I thought it was the drummer, so I replaced it with a new one but the situation got even worse.
Is there anything I can do or is it good for the dumpster?
