I have this machine and the touch screen is frozen on the Samsung logo.  The machine otherwise works fine.  Would like to have it back.

 

I have done what others suggested, with the 3 keys + power button, and remove/replace SD card inside the unit.  None of this seems to solve the issue.

The reason why the touch screen is frozen on the display, for me, is because of a part that has failed within the printer.

 

The board has two part numbers:

JC41-00770A.

JC92-02505A.

 

I have had success finding it by searching: Samsung JC92-02505A.CLX-6260FW Touch Screen PartCLX-6260FW Touch Screen Part

 

I hope this helps MORE than the less-than-desirable help HP is providing.
