Product: Samsung M2070
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My Samsung M2070 won't scan anymore.  It was all good a couple of days ago.  I go to my Easy Print Manager, Advanced Settings,  Scan to P C Settings.  It shows my Scan Activation as "Disable".  However, at this point it feezes the Easy Print Manager and it sits in limbo.  On the odd occasion I have been able to "Enable" it, it reverts back to "Disable".  It appears I am unable to save the Ënable" setting.  I'm not real cleaver at this stuff so please use the KISS principal when replying. Thanks.

HP Recommended

Uninstall and then re install. Windows updated and now some file is corrupt or missing. Have done this dozens of times and always works.
