Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having a problem with the background to pages when I print them out.* I am using a Samsung Express M...FD Printer. After printing there is a dark background to the pages which makes the print difficult to read.  I have been trying a variety of image-editing programs to remedy this without success. I was wondering is there anything I can do with the Printer which can solve the problem.

 

*The pages are in fact photos in JPEG format. I photograph the pages of a document and print out the photos.

 

My PC uses Windows 10. My Printer is a Samsung Express M ...FD (laser printer)
