Samsung M2022 serial number not accepted

I am having trouble adding my printer to my HP account. The system is not accepting my Serial number, even though I am certain it is correct. Without a device added to my HP account, I am unable to contact support for assistance with this issue. Can someone help me resolve this problem?

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

I found a review for this product dated 2014.

HP Support does not generally accept a request for service or help on a device that is out of Warranty.

If the printer is any where near the age guessed (2014), it is well past the time when you can ask for service from HP.

Unable to add Samsung device to your HP Account

Not sure -- HP purchased Samsung a long while back -- no new devices were ever manufactured in the Samsung name after that point.   It's possible that there was never any accommodation for adding Samsung devices to the HP Account device list.

Perhaps the device is simply too old to register / add.
