Product: Xpress 20226W

Since I changed the cartridge the printer prints solid black lines over the whole page as well as the print. This is true of three different cartridges so it isn't a cartridge problem. Can you tell me what might be wrong and how I can fix it?

If it's not the cartridge then it's is the fuser. You will need to get your printer for a repair.
