on one page printing task, the printer always pickup a  second blank paper and stuck it in the middle of the trey,
then the red light apear at the top indicator led.

The first page is well printed. The second page is blank without content a bit dirty and wrinkled.

Why the pick up roller continues to take paper?  after the first paper has already picked up.

How to solve the problem?

The foam bumper would need to be replaced after removing any sticky residue. Any thin material will work, the bumper is for noise control and to prevent the solenoid arm from becoming magnetized. Should be videos on YouTube to reference.

Ensure that the paper sizes set on the printer are correct and match loaded media. If a setting is not the issue then probably the solenoid on the pickup assembly is sticking. The foam bumpers degrade over time and cause the action on the solenoid to be delayed.

Thanks Repairatrooper for your response,
I double check the settings, and they look fine, it's showes :  A4 paper
The problem is with a pickup roller that it turns 7 times instead of 5times, the extra two times pick up extra paper and then stops halfway and a red light comes on.

If these are the only 2 solutions then I'd like to start resetting the settings,
1. Is there a way to reset the settings to default maybe even though it looks like A4 does he think there is another paper size?
2. you said maybe the solenoid on the pickup assembly is sticking, I did not understand what I should do?  can I clean the foam bumpers?
or it need to be replaced with a new one? you have any video guide or photo of that bumpers ?

Repairatrooper, Thank you very much for the solution you have suggested, it really was The foam bumper , I fix it with a small piece of tape, it's work fine.

Thanks
