Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My ML-2510 laser printer isn't pulling the paper in to print unless I push it with my hand.

It does better when the paper is higher. Any ideas of what to do?

Also, is this compatible with Windows 11? I am on Windows 10, and it is compatible.

Thank you,

Naturescoop

Sounds like the pickup roller that first grabs the paper is either dirty or worn. You can clean it with a damp lint free cloth unless it is worn too badly and you will need to replace it.

If the printer works on 10 you should be able to use it on 11.
