The printer boots, but when it reaches "desktop" is stock on "loading".

I think I need the recovery files.

Would also need to know how to access the recovery menu.

Thank you.

Status update.

I have found the service manual and the files:

C40xx_series_V11.01.00.06.00_FS_V19.00.00.00.63_HDD

and

Samsung_C406x_Series_V6.00.07.02.hds

wich I think are correct, but maybe not.

Each one of them has a .EHD and .HDS, there are no additional files shown in the manual as "unix scripts".

I have put both of them on a FAT32 USB stick.

After trying 3 different HDDs, one of them recovered succesfully, but now I am stuck in another point:

The machine boots, start to "initialise" and when it gets to 88% it start "shutting down", after a minute it reboots, and starts to initialise again.

I don't know if it's another problem, that the HDD is not good, that the files are incorrect or that i missed the unix script files.

Whould need help.

Thank you.

Thank you very much.

I was able to repair the machine.
