Hello everyone 🙂

 

Due to a power outage my printers internal HDD failed. 

 

I already bought a spare part but still need a recovery file to set it up. Unfortunately the official HP Support doesnt want to give it to me. Mounting the .hds file without Parallels Software is also impossible.

 

Does anyone have this file or a different solution to my problem?

While these files used to be on a browsable FTP server, due to security issues, that feature is now disabled. A direct link to the file must be provided. I have escalated your post to the moderators in the hopes someone can provide that link to you.
