HP Recommended
Product: Samsung SCX 8128

Our Samsung SCX 8128 after several years has started to cycle between Ready, Sleep and Offline approximately every 6 minutes. Does anyone have a solution to this issue?

There are a couple of things you can do. Monitoring network traffic with a WireShark will show if there is a device on the network that is consistently polling the device. If you have any sort of monitoring or print management system that might be the case. You could also try performing a factory reset if the WireShark does not show any unusual traffic. Also make sure that the power being supplied is adequate as poor power can lead to issues.
