Hello fellow Samsung Copier owners,

I am kind of in a stuck position where I can't get anyone in my area to assist servicing the copier and resorting to online help hopefully to unbrick our copier that has very low hours:

Video of issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z4y3nKi5rg8

The internal harddrive failed and I wasn't able to clone the drive to a new one successfully attempting to back it up. I have a brand new 2.5" drive I installed and I have the HDD image, updated firmware (K) and the UI restore image files thanks to a member here helping. However I can't seem to get the printer to cooperate to get past this load screen to run the restore. Using the "cabinet open + holding power for 10 seconds" recovery method I can get to the home screen and the menu will pop up for a few seconds before it closes back to this locked loading screen. Any way to restore the UI without booting into the system or somehow factory reset the printer fully to get into that recovery menu easier?

Appreciate any help as hate to ewaste this printer due to the software causing it to be able to repair itself.
