Hello @ all,
I've thoroughly reviewed all available documentation related to the recovery process, and the only file I can download from the support website is the firmware titled Samsung_M4370_5370_Series_V5.H6.01.HDS.
However, I’m unable to locate the specific recovery file mentioned in the documentation, M537x_M437x_EVxx.xx.xx.xx_FSxx.xx.xx.xx.xx_HDD.zip
I recently replaced the hard drive in my printer with an exact match, but I can’t proceed with the restoration because I can't find this recovery .zip file. Additionally, the FTP link provided in the documentation (ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/SS/HDD-UI-Recovery) seems to be broken.
Could someone please help me locate this file or guide me on how to complete the recovery process? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Billy
Thank you in advance.
