Product: Samsung Xpress SL-C480 Color Laser Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Linux

I'm using a Linux (Ubuntu) operating system and have a Samsung Xpress C480 Color laser printer.

 

Since yersterday it is only printing black-white and no more color.

 

I checked all settings (are all set to color) and also re-installed the driver which I downloaded from HP but no luck. The printer refuses to print color. Since it worked (printed color) last time I did not do any changes on the printer side. On my workstation I did an upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04 and I downloded the offcial driver from HP.

 

Searching in the Internet I saw that many people seem to have this problem but I did not find a solution. Does anybody have a hint that may help to solve the problem?
