Product: Samsung Xpress SL-C480FW Color Laser Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer is "Ready to Copy" and connected to my wifi, yet not a single device, windows, android, can see this wifi networked printer & this is an ONGOING ISSUE. How on earth do we get the network to see this printer? There's even a print via nfc option on the printer itself, yet that has never worked. What's the latest secret to get a network to SEE THIS PRINTER? For the record, this has been a nightmare since I purchased it. The printer goes into sleep mode and when you turn it on, it is NEVER detectable on the network and a usb cable needs to be plugged in EVERY SINGLE TIME. What on earth is the purpose of the Wifi if you have to set up the wifi EVERY SINGLE TIME you use this printer (rhetorical).  When a product has this poor a design, these companies need to offer LIFETIME SUPPORT.
