Hi
I have an express M2835DW printer. All the lights on the top are on and remain on. I have the printer connected via USB. The computers says the printer is connected, but it will not print. I have purchased a new imagine unit and ink (from Samsung) and it is still not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and all software.
I appreciate any suggestions on how to fix this issue.

I have a brand new M2830DW just taken out of the oem box. It sets there with All the Leds On & does nothing. No noises at all, won't even turn off unless unplugged. When plugged in the power on led is on & the bottom error led is green but in about a minute the error led turns orange. Then just dead. Happens with Toner cartridge in or out.
Amazing piece of junk.
