Product: SamsungSCX4623
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need some help, I downloaded the software named Smarthruoffice necessary for my scanner of Samsung SCX4623 printer, but I couldn't  install  it in my Windows 10 Pro 64 bit software with license, the message is : "An administrator has blocked you from runing this app ". I have tried opening a command prompt window but is not working after I paste the name of executable software downloaded from HP web site, I do not find a solution, and I need to work with this sofware for my scanner, If anybody knows a soultion wich can help me please write me what to do. Thank you.

HP Recommended

Download here. It is working on my Win10. Also had previous problems with this software
