I have an HP Portable SSD P500 1TB external hard drive I purchased from Amazon, which does not power up regardless of the type of computer I connect to. It was purchased in January of 2024, and when attempting to troubleshoot further, submit a ticket, or seek a warranty claim, the HP website does not recognize its serial number. Is there a way to address this or contact we can submit to?

The seller in this case is HP. When seeking help through Amazon, it is out of the return window and states to contact the seller for assistance. The link provided led me to this forum.
