There will be vertical stripes on the prints of all colors, see attached image. What can I do about this?

Likely bad transfer roller or transfer belt, could be a bad cartridge of one color.

I have cleaned transfer rolls without better results.

If it is a color that is bad, shouldn't they be stripes on all colors?

I have not been able to pick out the transfer belt. Does anyone know how to do on a Samsung SL-C1860FW? Is it possible to clean this or do I have to buy a new one?

The stripes aren't vertically aligned, it could be toners issues.

If you had transfer roller or transfer belt issue than the stripes would be vertically aligned in all colours.

There are stripes in all colors. Why would it affect all colors if a toner is bad?

HP Recommended

The colour image before it gets transferred to paper is created on toner drum, if you have defective toner with stripes then you have a defective image with stripes.

Do you think I will solve the problem if I change all toner?

Is there any other way to test this?

I don't want to spend money on toner if the printer has something else wrong.

It looks like a toner issue, I would start by replacing magenta toner first, magenta has worst quality with a lot of stripes.

I have also tried to print in grayscale and also get stripes then, see attached image.
Then maybe it doesn't help to switch magenta?

You have stripes in all colours, if you want to print without stripes you will probably need to replace all toners ( yellow looks fine, or it's not visible as much as on other colours).

Recommendations to replace magenta first because it has worst quality, you can start by replacing the black (or any other) first because it also has stripes but not so many as magenta.
