I have a Samsung C480W printer, SN:[edit]
I've just changed the yellow cartridge which was almost empty but still printing fine. When printing with the new full yellow cartridge, printed copies are too "yellowish" (I am printing a graphic with many gray areas which appear yellow with this new cartridge). I tried another brand new yellow cartridge, with the same results. If I replace the old (almost empty) yellow cartridge, it prints fine again (the same graphic with the gray areas prints correctly with the old cartridge).
I tried printing different color documents with both the new and old cartridges, and always get the same result: the old cartridge prints ok, whereas the new ones print too "yellowish".
P.S. 1: all cartridges are Samsung originals.
P.S. 2: I turned off the printer every time I changed the cartridges.
