Product: c480fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer shows some errors. Prepare fuser and transport belt.

I would like to buy original parts but can't get the original name of those parts. In german it's maybe "Fixiereinheit" = fuser and "Übertraguungsband" = transport belt. But maybe not. I need the right numbers for the part. And the german ones if those are different in other countries.

The support wasn't really helpful and quite difficult to get. So i try the community.
