Product: envy 5020
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

opened new Envy 5020 printer yesterday, 23 June 2020. I was able (eventually) to download App on my Sony smartphone, and subsequently print successfully, but not on 2 x Samsung devices running on 9.0

error message from Play Store on multiple occasions. previous answers have not helped.

any ideas?
