i have a samsung SL-M3820 tha says roller failure and is not picking up the paper and making a clicking noise. not alot of experience working on this device so any help would be much appreciated.

You can always try as first step unplugging the power cord from the printer (while the printer is on), while the printer is unplugged press down and hold the power/wake up button during 10 seconds, then release it, plugged the device back in and turn it on.
