i purchased the Samsung scx-5935fn laser printer with Scan and i cannot connect it to my windows 10 computer. i have set up SMB on the SyncThru Web Services but it seems to not find my computer

Hi,
What do you mean by cannot connect to to your Windows 10? what specific error or behavior occur when trying to connect it?
Have you installed the scanning software for your printer?
For SMB, have you shared a folder from your PC? what network path do you try using and what error is given?

When i go to syncthru and set up the scan it states
connection to server success
trying to login authentication failure.
I went to my taskmanager to see what the username is on my new computer and used that username and put in my password that I use to get into my laptop- no luck
Any suggestions?
