tell me if the ability to print and scan the multifunction device in Citrix environment

Well, the printers M2070W or M2070FW depending on which you have can work with standard wired (USB and ethernet) and wireless connections, if you or the person who setup the citrix environment is able to emulate one of this connections properly, the machine should not have any issues with thagt configuration, but it cannot be guaranteed at 100% percent since the citrix environment is not a feature supported directly by manufacturer.
