Samsung monitors are supported and serviced by Samsung directly. Samsung is only listed on the site to assist with Samsung printers, which HP assumed support of when they bought Samsung's printer business. I see you list an HP computer so you could post in the computer forums but likely this is something for Samsung to assist with.
