HP Recommended

I cannot get my printer (C480FW) to recognize the new imaging unit.  It still reads "install new imaging unit".

You need to reset the drum count in TECH MENU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_DCHhm7c_ZM 

 

Tech Menu -> Data setup -> Clear counts -> 1934 -> Imaging unit- >OK
