Hi,
My printer samsung Xpress C483W is looping on "system initialize" at power up.
it does initalization of scanner and printer mechanics and the status light is flashing blue as well as the circle around the menu buttons also flashing blue, the display says "system intialize". At some point the lights stops flashing and the printer automatically starts another loop of initialization qs if it was just powered up.
I have disconnected it completely from the power supply several times, it always goes back into this loop.
Menu is not accessible, nor configuration via USB or wireless.
Anything else to try?
thank you in advance.
