Note for common printer problems
Customers receiving the"will damage your computer" message along with others like "unable to access cups/tmp" or "'@%' cannot be opened" need to update their version of the macOS. scanner not scanning full page

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Dear friends,

I have Samsung Xpress C480Fw printer scanner and since yesterday I am having trouble scanning documents.

Would be great to learn of the possible solution. The problem persists in AFT and flatbed. 

 

I have tried the following:

1, Updating the firmware.

2. Reinstalling the printer. 

3. cleaning the tray.
