Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello, I recently updated the firmware for my Samsung CLX-4195FW printer. The result is that I keep getting toner not compatible. I am using Windows 7 64bit.

Is that a genuine Samsung toner or is it a alternative chineese clone , refill or something like that? Can you maybe provide a picture of the toner stickers?

Just a electronics enthusiast trying to fix everything.
