Product: HP Pavilion 16 inch Laptop PC 16-af0000 (954S4AV)

Just purchased new laptop, I am unable to download pictures from my phone beyond 2022, I have a Samsung s22 with pictures i transferred from my old phone. I can view the pictures on the phone with clarity but not all pictures are available on laptop. and what is there some on fuzzy. Why?

I see that you are facing an issue with importing image to your Laptop.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link on how to transfer images from phone to your Laptop and let me know if that resolves the issue.
